Do you monitor your clients' needs? If so, how?
Yes, GPS performs regular inventory checks. We contact our clients every two to three days to confirm that they are adequately stocked.

Do you guarantee the date of a product's arrival?
GPS will guarantee overnight and two-day delivery, if needed. Some circumstances, of course, are beyond our control, but we provide shipping dates based on the requests of the customer and will see that they are met.

Who pays for shipping?
Free ground shipping is offered to GPS registered customer. Products can also be sent for two-day or overnight delivery, based on customer needs.

Is it complicated to set up an account?
No, it is very simple. We do not require a contract or obligations. We simply look for certification of a facility and a need for our services.

Does GPS warehouse products?
GPS will stock pre-paid products for clients and disperse them at our clients' convenience. The majority of our products are not warehoused. They are acquired and delivered on a real-time basis. We do carry a small percentage of inventory based on market trends.

Do Account Representatives perform on-site visits?
If needed, GPS will not only perform on-site visits to meet our clients, but will hand-deliver product!

How is GPS able to offer hard-to-find products and better pricing than our current providers provide?
GPS has established exceptional relationships with manufacturers, group pharmacies, and other organizations that give us the inside track to obtaining product. We also carry a low overhead by not stocking a large amount of inventory and outsourcing shipping services. This allows us to offer products at much lower prices.

Can product be returned?
There are no returns, exchanges or refunds once product has departed Global Pharmaceutical Sourcing's warehouse and possession. If a discrepancy such as visible damage or drug shortage is found when product is received, please file a claim with Global Pharmaceutical Sourcing with in 48 hours. Any claim filed after this period will not be considered. If product is received out of error, Global Pharmaceutical Sourcing will fully credit customer and provide return shipping labels.
